SafeMe is intended strictly for emergency use. It allows users to share real-time location alerts with a custom emergency message to supported social platforms and to send location to trusted contacts via SMS. It also includes features like an emergency siren to attract nearby attention.

You agree to use the app only for legitimate emergency or safety-related purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• False Emergencies: Sending fake alerts or emergency messages.
• Harassment or Abuse: Using the app to intimidate, stalk, or disturb others.
• Privacy Violationse: Sharing someone else's location without consent.
• Misuse of Siren: Activating the siren without a genuine emergency.
• Fraud/Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or providing false information.

If you misuse SafeMe, the following may occur:

5. Emergency Contacts & User Responsibility

You are responsible to add your trusted emergency contacts and ensuring you have their permission to send alerts. Do not use the app to send unsolicited messages or share private information without consent.

Keep your device secure and report any suspected misuse or unauthorized activity.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

7. User Consent

By using the app, you consent to:

• Location Sharing: When triggered, your real-time location will be sent to your emergency contacts.
• Social Media Use: Emergency messages may be share through Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber or any platforms you selected.
• SMS Use: Access SMS permissions solely to send emergency alerts. Emergency messages will only be sent via SMS to your emergency contacts when triggered by you.

Only add people who have agreed to receive emergency messages from you.

8. Disclaimer & Indemnity

SafeMe is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for failures in emergency communication, misuse of the app, or any consequences resulting from its use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the app.

9. Age Requirement

By creating an account or using the SafeMe app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or at least 16 years old if required by your local laws).
